We encourage all juniors to purchase the City of Madison Junior Pass or to acquire the First Tee’s discount card. For more information on passes, please click here. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
No child is turned away from First Tee – South Central Wisconsin for inability to pay. Financial assistance can be applied for through our online registration process or with this financial assistance form. Please return it to Nick Martinson, Director of Player Development, at [email protected].
Guidelines:
- If your child qualifies for free and reduced lunch, they are eligible to receive an 80% subsidy for any program
- If there is financial hardship (regardless of eligibility for free and reduced lunch) your child may also be qualify.
If applying for financial assistance, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
Additionally, First Tee – South Central Wisconsin supports all the men and women who serve or have served in our military. Families with service men or women are eligible for our military discount. Please fill out this military discount form and return it to First Tee – South Central Wisconsin.
