First Tee – South Central Wisconsin’s 2026 Masters Trip Application recognizes one outstanding participant with travel, lodging, and one‑day tickets to the Masters in Augusta, GA—for the recipient and one chaperone.
Eligible youth are 12–16 at the time of the event (must turn 12 on or before April 11, 2026) and have been enrolled in The First Tee database for at least one year. Apply by December 1, 2025 (11:59 p.m. CST) with the online form below that includes a personal statement on First Tee’s impact, your involvement in and beyond FTSCW classes, a reflection on the most valuable life skill or core value you practice on and off the course, why this opportunity matters to you, and a resume of achievements. One non‑family adult recommendation is also separately required using the form linked below.
A panel of staff, board, and volunteers will select the winner, announced in January and recognized on the FTSCW website (Masters dates: April 9–12, 2026).
