First Tee – South Central Wisconsin is pleased to offer programs at all Madison Parks courses (Monona, The Glen Golf Park, Odana Hills, Yahara Hills), along with affiliate locations throughout our service area. Sign up online by clicking the button above.
Note that classes are divided by age. Allowable ages for each class go outside of ages listed in class titles to allow for mid-summer birthdays. Please register your child according to the class they will be most comfortable in.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance can be applied for through our online registration process or with this financial assistance form. Please return it to Nick Martinson, Sr. Director of Golf & Academic Development, at [email protected].
Guidelines:
- If your child qualifies for free and reduced lunch, they are eligible to receive an 80% subsidy for any program
- If there is financial hardship (regardless of eligibility for free and reduced lunch) your child may also be qualify
- Note that only summer programming fees are eligible for financial assistance

MILITARY DISCOUNT
Additionally, First Tee – South Central Wisconsin supports all the men and women who serve or have served in our military. Families with service men or women are eligible for our military discount. Please fill out this military discount form and return it to First Tee – South Central Wisconsin.
